PROFESSIONAL ETHICS AND SKILLS
1.      Discuss the various regulatory bodies in the legal profession
2.      Discuss and explain  a lawyer’s duty to his client
3.      Explain the purpose, stages criteria for an effective client interviewing and counseling.
CORPORATE LAW PRACTICE
1.      Draft resolution for alteration of share capital of company
2.      Draft memorandum of association for a private company with 10million share capital divided into ten million at 1naira each
      *Four subscribers..  At ratio 40:40:10:10
PROPERTY LAW PRACTICE
1.      Explain various transactions affecting land and the laws applicable in Nigeria
2.      Identify when a deed is required in a transaction affecting land, and when it is not mandatory
3.      Draft a deed to professional standard

CIVIL LITIGATION
1.      Explain the principle and scope of third party proceedings
2.      Explain the various methods in which an action can be commenced in the magistrate court.
CRIMINAL LITIGATION
1.      Discuss the sittings and settings of the court

2.      Arrests with or without warrant (authority and execution)

Lets Save the Future

          I have been persuaded for some time now, to write on this. I strongly believe someone out there needs to hear this. One thing about being successful in warfare is adopting the right strategy; that a strategy brought success yesterday is not a guarantee that it will bring success today. Modifications are necessary to meet contemporary challenges. It is no longer news, that there is a serious battle, going on between light and darkness. Though we wrestle not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12), our authority in Christ suffices to give us victory. Unfortunately the church is distracted: worldliness has crept in; and young people are the worst hit.
