Occupy Till I Come

The 1st sunday in the month of February was a blast. It was the Welfare and Finance Sunday.
  we had lots of goodies..

  to chaw.
Thanks to everyone who made today a great Sunday.
The fellowship began with praise, worship followed by a short play from the welfare department, emphasizing the need to love, give and be humble. Let love flow from your heart.

The Choir rendered "How great is our God" Cover by Williams Murphy.

Mr Chigozie (Chairman Christian Lawyers Fellowship Enugu chapter), charged us with a message titled "Occupy Till I Come" Matthew 25:14-28

Here are some NUGGETS from the message:
v  All that we have, Talent, Money, Property and every possession or thing we will ever have, as God’s children were given to us by God

v  God expects us to do with what he has given us, what he would have done with it himself, for he said “Occupy till i come"

v  He called his entire servant and gave them talents. We all have been called and given an assignment, all of us with no exception.

v  He gave each one of us according to our ability and will reward us equally if we trade with it to the best of our ability

v  We are not competing with each other and we should not.

v  Everyone has where he is going, you have your own assignment to do on this earth, and no man is a minus in life.

v  All the ability we have ought to be at work every time.

v  We should be ready to die empty, giving all that we have.

v  For all we give comes back to us, though we give without expecting nothing in return.
Giving gives back to us.

v  We are occupying on a temporal basis, and we will give account of what has been to us by God.
v  There is a time frame within which we are supposed to use what we have been given

There is a natural law of giving and receiving in motion
v  Every believer ought to be a giver.

v  We have enough time in life; the problem is we do not discover our assignment on time

v  One very first assignment we have is to discover our assignment in life.

v  Nothing we have should be left redundant.

I hope we had a great time in God's presence today.
Ciao Ciao, until next time.
Much love from the Publicity Team (The Channels)
Barr. Chigozie & the President

Lets Save the Future

I have been persuaded for some time now, to write on this. I strongly believe someone out there needs to hear this. One thing about being successful in warfare is adopting the right strategy; that a strategy brought success yesterday is not a guarantee that it will bring success today. Modifications are necessary to meet contemporary challenges. It is no longer news, that there is a serious battle, going on between light and darkness. Though we wrestle not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12), our authority in Christ suffices to give us victory. Unfortunately the church is distracted: worldliness has crept in; and young people are the worst hit.
